How Did You Spend Your Capital Credits Payout?

We are excited to distribute 5.1 million dollars in capital credits to our members this year. We know that being part of a Cooperative is unique, so we are curious to find out how you will use your capital credits. Please fill out the below form to let us know how you spend it - presents, groceries, bills, fun, etc. We would like to hear from you! If you submit a form, you will be entered into a drawing for a $100 bill credit. Information gathered from this survey may be used in marketing materials and social media.
