If you system needs a 10 Base T Ethernet card, ITC technicians can provide and install one for a fee. If you are concerned with warranty issues please discuss this with your computer dealer.
Note: Because of discontinued support by the manufacturer (Microsoft), ITC does not support Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, or 2000 for DSL. These operating systems may work to access the internet and email via DSL, but any problems encountered either during the inital install or after install will be the responsibility of the customer to fix. This does not prevent ITC from installing DSL to the residence or business that uses these operating systems, just from assisting with any problems these PC's may have using the connection. Also, Microsoft is not providing any updates for these older operating systems, so they are completely and totally vulnerable to attacks from viruses, SPAM bots, and hackers. It would be advisable to upgrade your operating system, regardless of whether or not you are going to be using DSL. *ITC Telecom cannot guarantee that service will be compatible with all system configurations. |
