ITC Vroom High-Speed Internet Information Request Form

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INFORMATION REQUEST FORMS: Please remember to fill out all information in the form completely. Only fully completed forms will recieve a response. After you have verified that you have completed the form, and have all the correct information, click the SUBMIT button. After you click SUBMIT, your email program will open with all the data you just filled out in the form. Click SEND on the email that opens.

To sign-up for Vroom:

1. Click here to print and fill out the application for Vroom. (You will need Abobe Acrobat Reader installed to open the file.)
2. Mail the Application to ITC (click here for the office nearest to you).
3. ITC will contact you to schedule an installation date & time.
