ITC has three Dial-up Internet Packages to choose from:

1.) Unlimited Internet Package - $18.95 per Month
This package includes: Unlimited monthly access to the surf the internet; 1 Email Box; Access to ITC's Free 24/7 Helpdesk; No Overage Charges Ever!

2.) Net Start Internet Package - $10.95 per Month
This package includes: 30 hours of monthly access to the surf the internet & check email; 1 Email Box; Access to ITC's Free 24/7 Helpdesk; $0.90 per hour overage charges apply.

3.) Unlimited Internet/Voice Mail Package - $21.95 per Month - **BEST VALUE!**
This package includes everything in the unlimited package plus you get Voice Mail as well so you never miss a call! A $2.00 a month savings!

Although most 56K modem manufacturers advertise their modems as 56 Kbps, the FCC limits connection speed to 53 Kbps. Under perfect conditions these modems actually connect around 48-50 Kbps. ITC Telecom has all digital 56K modems of both the K56Flex and V.90 technology. ITC customers are reporting speeds anywhere from 38-50 Kbps with K56Flex and V.90 modems. ITC's default modem number is xxx-9600. This number dials into our V.90 56K modems. We have alternate numbers that you may use to obtain the best possible connection. These are 9601 and 9678. Your input is very important in helping us provide the best Internet service possible.

If you are an ITC customer, ITC or ITC’s Helpdesk can assist you with the following problems on computers running Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, and Macintosh ONLY:

  • Dial-up internet connection problems
  • Email problems
  • Vroom High Speed internet connection problems
  • Best Seat Video problems

They ARE NOT equipped to help you install, configure, or troubleshoot any of the following items:

  • Printers, Scanners, Fax machines, Speakers, Monitors, or any other internal or external PC Device
  • Microsoft Xboxs, Sony Playstations, or other gaming devices
  • A router, hub, or any other network device on your internal network
  • DVD players, VCR’s, Surround sound systems, or any other external TV device
  • Your virus scanning or firewall software, Word, Excel, Power Point, games, or any other programs on your computer
