Why should you subscribe for ITC Voice Mail? Voice Mail offers reliability - that means NO breakdowns! When the power goes out, your Voice Mail is still working! No more dealing with pesky answering machine troubles! Takes messages while you are on the Internet or on another call! All this for around 13 cents a day!
ITC Voice Mail is only $3.95 a month, with a $5.00 setup charge. Incoming calls to your line are forwarded to a "mailbox" in our voice mail system when your line is busy and/or when the call is not answered after a number of rings set by you. Call Answering can greet callers with a personal or standard greeting and the mailbox receives and saves the caller’s message for your review. All of the Residential packages include the following features: 3 minutes maximum message length per caller, 5 days storage retention period for played or undeleted messages, Indefinite storage retention period for unplayed messages, message waiting indicator in the form of stutter dial tone and lamp signal. Teen/Easy Line Service with Voice Mail (Residential #1 & #2: $3.95); (Residential #3 & #4: $5.50)
-Teen Service enables the assignment of a secondary telephone number on a single-party line. The secondary number is assigned a unique ringing pattern so the called party can determine the nature of the call. Teen Service with Voice Mail forwards the secondary number to a voice mailbox with announcements and messages separate from any mailboxes that may exist on the primary number.

Other Voice Mail Services:

Remote Notification ($1.00)
-Also known as out-dialing, this option provides notification of messages received by ringing a different telephone, cellular, or pager directory number. Until billing procedures are verified for long distance dialing on this service, the out-dialed number will be restricted to local or EAS calls only.

Call Reminder (50¢)
-Call Reminder allows you to record a message, up to three (3) minutes in length, to be delivered within the next thirty (30) days. The message can be delivered to your own mailbox, to any telephone or cellular number, or to telephone numbers on a Group Distribution List originating a call.

Broadcast Messaging ($2.00)
-Using Broadcast Messaging, a customer can send a message to all Voice Mail Service users within a predefined group. Each group is assigned a unique broadcast mailbox number at the time it is set up. The sender logs on to the broadcast mailbox for a desired group, and only the users in this customer group will receive the message. Note that any user who knows the broadcast mailbox number and has access to a mailbox with broadcast capability can also send broadcast messages.

Customized ICB Customization on an Individualized Case Basis will be negotiated as determined by customer demand.

Announcement Only Service ($10.00 per month)
-Announcement Only Service provides a dedicated telephone number and associated announcement. The Announcement Only mailbox answers incoming calls with a user programmable message. This service does not receive and save callers’ messages. Disconnection will occur immediately upon completion of message delivery.

Voice Menu Service ($30.00 per month)
This is a processing application, created by the subscriber, that allows callers to listen to recorded information, leave messages for specific VMS users, or place calls.

Voice Forms Service ($25.00 per month; $3.00 per question)
Allows a VMS subscriber to collect detailed information from callers through a series of questions prompting individual voice responses by the caller to each question. The caller’s responses will be collected in a separate mailbox such that only the responses, separated by a beep tone, are provided to the subscriber upon retrieval of the message. Message storage will be equal to the storage in standard mailbox.
