General Options

GENERAL TELEPHONE OPTIONS

These options are turned on by ITC and do not require any actions on your part to activate them, other than calling in and requesting that the service be added to your line.

Unlisted Number ($1.00 per month)
Listed with information services, but not published in the telephone directory. Includes Calling Number Delivery Blocking-Per Line (your number will not be visible to those with Caller ID, but will show as "Private"), unless you request otherwise.

Non-published Number ($2.00 per month)
Not listed with information services, and not published in the telephone directory. Includes Calling Number Delivery Blocking-Per Line (your number will not be visible to those with Caller ID, but will show as "Private"), unless you request otherwise.

Automatic Bank Deduct (no monthly charge)
Your current balance is automatically deducted from your checking account on approximately the 10th day of each month. A separate form must be completed and signed if you desire this option.

Inside Wire Maintenance ($1.50 per month)
ITC Telecom maintains the telephone wiring inside your premise. Without this option, a Premise Visit Charge applies if service call determines faulty inside wiring.
