Online Personal Web Space

Your Web space is FREE and was activated when your account was created.

Here is what you need:

  • An HTML editor to create and edit your Web. An excellent Open Source (free) Web editor is Nvu (pronounced inview), or its updated likeness, KompoZer. Both are available at http://www.nvu.com
  • When creating your Web page, save the file as index.html
  • When you upload the file (File/Publish), the Settings tab in Nvu defines where it goes (details are the same in other HTML editors, but the menus may differ slightly):
    1. Web site Information (HTTP address of your homepage): http://itctel.com/yourusername
    2. Publishing Server (Publishing address, also called server address or host): ftp://web.itctel.com
    3. User Name: (enter your ITC Internet username)
    4. Password: (enter your ITC Internet password)
